Memory Assessment Clinic
Our program is geared towards seniors 60 and over, their families and care-givers. It involves a thorough examination and assessment to help patients and their care-givers obtain the support they need. Once we’ve identified the problem, we work with patients and their families to provide assistance, whether through medications, respite care or connection with other community resources.

Our foot clinic is available for non-diabetic seniors with foot problems, such as bunions, corns, overgrown toenails and calluses related to various medical conditions. Patients also receive education about maintaining proper foot care.
