RN RESIDENCY PROGRAM

A structured nursing residency for RNs who desire to increase competency and grow professionally.

Qualifications:

• Newly licensed RN with less than one year of experience
• An RN returning to the workforce after two or more years absence from a hospital setting
• An RN newly transferred into a different specialty

• Dedicated Clinical Preceptors (4 months)
• Ongoing Needs Assessment

• Develop Leadership Skills
• Develop Cultural Awareness
