Grady’s Asa G. Yancey Health Center offers primary care for men, women and children of all ages. Primary care is having one doctor (or clinic) for all of your general healthcare needs. It is an important part of staying healthy. Grady’s primary care doctors offer complete care for all parts of your body and for most diseases. If your doctor feels you need to see a specialist, they will refer you to one.

Making an Appointment Our offices are open from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends and holidays. You can call (404) 616-2265 to make an appointment. You can also call that number to change or cancel your appointment.
Please bring these things with you:
Keeping your Appointments When you miss your appointment or come in late it keeps you and other patients from getting medical care at your desired appointment time. If you can’t make it, please call, (404) 616-2265 to cancel at least one day before your appointment. If You are Sick If you are sick and need to see the doctor, call the center at (404) 616-2265. A nurse may ask you a few questions that will help them decide how soon you need to be seen. If it is a weekend or holiday, call the Grady’s Advice Nurse at (404) 616-0600 (available 24 hours a day). Payment Information Payment is due at your visit. You can pay with cash, check or credit card. When you arrive at the clinic, we will ask to see your health insurance card. If you do not have health insurance, you might be eligible for a Grady Card. Ask to see a financial counselor at the center.
Our Team of Healthcare Providers and Services Our Doctors Our staff doctors have at least three years of training after medical school. They are either board-certified or board-eligible. This means they have the knowledge and skills to give their patients the best of care. Our doctors are from Emory University and Morehouse schools of medicine.
